Our cleaning process begins with extracting or deflating the air from your coat. This part of the process enables our products to clean each layer, as well to clean each feather inside. This is followed up with a 25 minute low temperature cleaning cycle. Low temperature ensures no compromise for the fur trim. As well, you will never see the colour fade after cleaning. Finally, a high speed moisture extraction allows for less drying, which will also ensure the colour will not fade and the feathers will return to the original fluffy warm state.
